I was having a conversation a few weeks ago with a co-worker who had come to the realization that she would be working at her new job for more than two years. I asked her what her plans were for her career, and she said she planned to be a writer. I asked her what she would write about, and she said she would write about her new job when she was finished with it.
I’m not sure if I have a good answer for this question, but the main answer for me is that I’m just going to write about my job. I’d get a big pile of free time from my editor, and they would make a really nice set of notes in the background, with some references to the past, some references to the Future, and a couple other things.
The other question I have is whether I should be a writer, or a blogger. The first thing I would want to do if I did become a blogger is to write. I would want to find a way to blog about my day to day life, so that I could post a series of short stories that would be a little bit more than just a blog entry.
I think there is a place for both in the blogosphere. In fact, I’m glad I’m a blogger because it gives me a chance to write a little bit of fiction and share it with the world, and I hope to continue to do that. I’m not sure whether I want to write fiction or not, but I do like the idea of telling my story, and hopefully it will be entertaining.
In the case of elf ears amazon, I think I would be better off finding a way to blog about my day to day life, because that would be an interesting story of its own that no one else is really interested in. Sure, I could just record it and post it later, but I think it is important to share something so that people can see me and perhaps give me a little bit of attention.
